As It's 35 Years Since I Left School, Lets See What Was Going On In 1988?

I've just realised that it's been 35 years since I left high school and I can't help but feel a bit nostalgic. It was the 1988 and so much has changed since then. But there are certain things that will always stay with us, like the music, films, and news stories that shaped that year. So, take a trip down memory lane with me and revisit the top five number one singles, films, and news stories from 1988 in the UK. First, let's talk about music. 1988 was a great year for pop music, with some of the biggest names in the business releasing hit after hit. 25 things from 25 years ago

Today is my birthday.   It is not a special birthday with a zero on the end ( that was last year ) but it is twenty five years since I left school (and the first time that anyone took GCSE's). So, in the year that Alexandra Burke, Jessie J, Rihanna, Tinie Tempah and Tulisa Contostavlos were born  and in the year that Kenneth Williams, Percy Thrower  Roy Kinnear, Roy Orbison and Russell Harty died all of this was happening.  ¨¨°º©©º°¨¨ 1988  Films I watched were...
